living: large living room with comfy new furniture and plenty of space to pull up more chairs when you you need to
dining: the dining table has 4 larger chairs But can seat 6-8 with the leaf added. The four barstools add additional seating at the island.

location: longboat key is conveniently located between sarasota/st armands circle and anna marie island and is known for its miles of white sand beaches, blue green gulf waters, and breathtaking sunsets Pickup Pickleball games are appx. .3 miles away every morning at Bayfront Park. Bicycles can be rented at Ace Hardware next to the park.
